Pick one repetitive, time-consuming process – such as sorting documents or answering common requests.
Decide up front how you will measure success: time saved, accuracy or satisfaction.
Keep a human in the loop, especially for sensitive decisions, and protect data privacy.
Once the pilot proves itself, expand to more processes.
